The legal basis for the processing of personal data obtained by us is a short-term rental service agreement. The purpose of processing this data is to provide accommodation or other similar services at the Guest's request.
Please be advised that providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting sales by issuing a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with the Facility and also makes it impossible to issue a VAT invoice.
The Guest's personal data may also be processed in connection with voluntarily provided preferences regarding the stay or services provided. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the legitimate purpose of the controller.
If the Guest has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Facility processes personal data for the purpose of sending marketing information and offers about its products and services.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data used for marketing purposes is the Guest's consent.
The facility transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:
1. companies providing IT support services to the hotel and supplying IT software;
2. accounting companies providing accounting services;
3. law firms providing legal advice and legal representation in the event of civil law claims.
Personal data:
1. obtained in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of accommodation services will be processed for the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims of the Facility or Guest, depending on which of these events occurs later,
2. obtained on the basis of consent will be processed for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes,
The facility informs that every Guest has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. Furthermore, it informs that consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before its withdrawal.
The guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for personal data protection if they consider that the processing of their personal data has been violated.
In the case of booking accommodation at the Facility via a website or booking portal, the categories of personal data of the Guest provided to the Facility by these entities may include, in particular, name and surname, date of stay, e-mail address, and telephone number.
